The Krachi Traditional Council has yesterday enstooled two queen mothers to complement two chiefs enstooled about a year ago.
The two queen mothers are Nana Okonkwe I and Nana Benyi-Akosa I for Nana Mekogyense II and Nana Brabi II respectively.
In the coronation, the queen mothers swore to avail themselves any time duty calls, except when bedridden.
Nana Boame II, the Odierfour chief took the newly enstooled queen mothers through the coronation in place of the Krachiwura, Nana Mprah Besemuna II.
A number of chiefs were present at the official outdooring of the queen mothers, including the Benkumhene of the Krachi Traditional Council, Nana Akpowiah II.
It was all in all a very successful coronation.
