Massive turn-out at Atebubuman Education Secretariat’s seminar for post B.E.C.E candidates.

The Atebubuman Education Secretariat recently organized a career guidance seminar for post B.E.C.E candidates in Atebubu. The event, which was generously funded by Atebubumanwura, Ohempon Dr. Yeboah Asiamah, saw a massive turnout of pre-senior high school students eager to learn about their educational options.

Guest speakers at the seminar provided valuable advice to the students on the various programs and schools available to them. They also emphasized the importance of taking advantage of the government’s Free Senior High School policy. In particular, the students were encouraged to consider pursuing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, which offer practical skills that can greatly benefit their future careers.

Among the distinguished speakers at the event were Mr. Bismark Appiah Kubi, the Regional Director of the Ghana TVET Service in the Bono-East Region, Rev. Prof. Edward Appiah, former General Director of NACCA, and Mr. Fred Fosu Adutwum, the Director of Free Senior High School in the Ahafo Region. Other notable speaker included Miss Effah Victoria(Founder of the Diaspora Queen Foundation.

The Atebubuman Education Secretariat board members, including Mr. OFEI Joseph, Dr. Kwadwo Addo, Mr. Ofori Ernest, and Mr. Gado, were also in attendance to ensure the success of the seminar. The event took place at the Nana Kwaku Kwaah Auditorium(Atebubu College of Education) and attracted around one thousand post B.E.C.E candidates.
