Hon Sanja Nanja fully funds 12th edition of Atebubu-Amantin U13 MP’s Cup.

Honorable Sanja Nanja, the Member of Parliament for the Atebubu-Amantin Constituency, has fully funded the 12th edition of the MP’s Cup, which is set to take place on September 16, 2025. An undisclosed amount of money, football items, and kits have been provided for the competition, monikstvonline.com confirms.

The MP, Hon Sanja Nanja made a presentation and was received by the Municipal Physical Education Coordinator, Nana Konadu Maxwell, and the organizational committee at the MP’s premises on September 16, 2025. The items included 12 sets of jerseys, 10 footballs, medals (gold, silver, and bronze), a trophy, and an undisclosed amount of money to finance the tournament.

In his speech, Honorable Sanja Nanja reflected on the inception of the MP’s Cup twelve(12) years ago and the positive impact it has had on nurturing young talents in the Atebubu-Amantin Constituency. He mentioned that several players who participated in previous editions of the tournament have gone on to represent Ghana at the national level and even secure contracts with local clubs in the domestic league.

Honorable Sanja Nanja emphasized the importance of investing in the development of human resources, particularly in the fields of education and sports.
