Alleged ATSEC student(F3) reported dead after falling from storey building.
An alleged Form three female student of Atebubu Senior High School in Bono-East Region in her teens by name Sophia, reportedly fell from school’s storey building and has passed away.
According to reports, there was a fire outbreak at the downstairs of the building, causing chaos and panic among the students. In the midst of the confusion, some students resorted to jumping from the first floor to the ground in order to escape the danger.
Unfortunately, two female students were injured in the process and were rushed to the Atebubu-Amantin Municipal Hospital for treatment on July 3. Tragically, one of the students succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead today, July 4. The other student is still receiving medical attention.
It is alleged that the deceased student landed on her neck, which may have been the cause of her untimely death.
