KRACHI-NCHUMURU: “We were not coerced to undertake this exercise,” Douglas Boateng
The leader of the health professionals who carefully screened Krachi-Nchumuru constituents, Mr. Douglas Boateng has disclosed that they were not compelled to undertake the exercise.
It is the vision of Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Hon. James Mamudu to ensure that the constituents of Krachi-Nchumuru are in good health.
Mr. Boateng who was deputized by Mr. Courage Newtton revealed that they didn’t just pick their uniforms from anywhere but they are professional health personnel, doctors, nurses and laboratory scientists from recognized health institutions in the country.
He stated without mincing words that they were neither coerced nor enticed by money to do what they were doing.
“The health of Ghanaians is not something that should be gambled with. That’s why Dr. Bawumia and Hon James Mamudu, widely known as Tanko do not joke about health situations of the populace. Our responsibility as health professionals is to make sure we have a nation with healthy people,” Dr. Boateng divulged.
He said they are ready to go extra miles as far as the health of Ghanaians is concerned.
