ATEBUBU: Atebubu Community Watch Group plea for support after successfully nabbing narcotic/hard drug dealers.

The Atebubu Community Watch Group in Atebubu has been making significant strides in ensuring the safety and security of the community. Under the auspices of Atebubumanwura HRM Ohempon Dr. Yeboah Asiamah, this group of dedicated volunteers has been working tirelessly to rid the community of drug dealers and other criminals.

The recent arrests of individuals involved in the sale of narcotics and hard drugs(tramadol, wee, etc) on Tuesday August 26, 2025 are evidence to the hard work of the Atebubu Community Watch Group. The group’s efforts have not gone unnoticed, as they are on course removing these dangerous individuals from the community, making it a safer place for all residents.

However, the work of the Community Watch Group popularly known is not without its challenges. In order to effectively carry out their operations, the group is in need of additional resources and equipment. Specifically, they are in need of a car, guns, and other resources that will enable them to continue their important work in the community.

As such, the Community Watch Group in Atebubu is appealing to the native, residents and the dispora for support.

Provision of the necessary equipment and resources will greatly enhance the group’s ability to carry out their operations successfully and ensure the safety and security of the community.
