The Parliamentary Candidate(PC) of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) in the Krachi-Nchumuru constituency, Hon. James Mamudu has today donated sets of jerseys and a football to some youth clubs in the Borae No.2 and Korkose in the Borae No.2A and Kradente electoral areas respectively.
As a fan of sports and with the intent to promote football in the constituency, “Baby Jet” as he is politically known has started the distribution of sports kits to various football teams in the constituency.
In his address, Hon. Mamudu revealed his intention to at least get a team for the constituency.
He disclosed that even before becoming the PC, he was managing about two teams in Banda, where he hails from.
He added that he will materialize his dream of getting the youth into active service including sports.
Hon. Mamudu indicated that he will go the length and breadth of Ghana to ensure that the talented are given the needed assistance to get to the zenith of the world of sports.
The beneficiary teams were the Borae Great Lions, Zongo Youth Club, and Korkose Town Team.
His gesture was welcomed with joy and unending showering of God’s blessings on the young and vibrant PC.
