Ghana Black Queens’ Grace Asantewaa donates to Techiman Senior High School(Super TESS)

Grace Asantewaa, a midfielder for the Ghana senior Women’s National Team and FC Juárez Femenil, has done it again by donating sports and football kits: balls, training bibs, set of jerseys etc… to her former school, Techiman Senior High School in the Bono-East region.

The presentation took place on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the school premises, where Asantewaa shared her wish to reach out to many who have supported her throughout her football career.

This act of kindness is not the first of its kind for the Atebubu-pride, as she has previously donated sports equipment to her former youth team and Junior high school in Atebubu. It is clear that Asantewaa values the support and guidance she received from her community and is committed to giving back in any way she can.

Having played for clubs such as Ampem Darkoa and Hasaacas Ladies FC in Ghana, as well as Real Betis Feminine in Spain, Asantewaa has gained valuable experience and skills that have helped her succeed in the world of football. Her current performance with FC Juárez Femenil in Mexico is a reflection to her level of talent and dedication to the sport.

Asantewaa’s contributions to her community muse her desire to make a positive impact and support those in need. Her commitment to helping others and giving back to her roots is truly commendable and sets a great example for aspiring young athletes.

As an integral part of Ghana’s qualification for the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations tournament(AWCON-24) , Asantewaa is determined to help her team achieve success and ultimately lift the trophy this year.
