Hoodlums of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) have ambushed electorates of Banda who were on their way to the EC registration center to transfer their votes.
These hoodlums who wielded sticks, stones, and others and drove in a car believed to belong to the NDC MP of the constituency first met the electorates at Bitimae.
Another barrier was mounted in Kakraka where the MP was born and bred.
In Kakraka, the NPP constituency assistant secretary who was also returning from Zongo-Macheri, a visit to his sister(according to him) was stopped and beaten to a pulp.
The assistant secretary was severely beaten with sticks, pistons, and stones.
