The New Patriotic Party(NPP) Parliamentary Candidate(PC) has sponsored the facelift of Banda-Wiae Road.
In a communal labour championed by the hardworking PC, every Tom, Dick and Harry played their role to ensure that that stretch of the road is made motorable.
The affable PC, Hon. James Mamudu shouldered the cost of gravel, stones, tipper trucks, tractors, “chanfangs,” water, and food for the youth who took part in the exercise.
The road has not seen any major Facelift for years. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians go through pains trying to ply the road.
The goal-oriented PC’s name shall remain in the archives of Banda.
The youth of Banda turned out in their numbers indicating their readiness to see Banda develop.
It is expected that the whole area will be made motorable on Thursday, 20th June, 2024.
