The Home Economics Department of the Krachi Senior High School (KRASEC) on Friday, 23rd February organized different parties and entrepreneurship at the Assembly Hall of the school.
The Head of Department(HOD), Madam Evelyn Nutakor, and her hardworking staff,
Madam Gifty Billey, and
Madam Abigail Mpanga and their students organized practicals on Cocktail parties, Buffet parties,
Children’s party, and
Luncheon party.
Some of the foods prepared included: Pizza, beef jollof rice, assorted fried rice, tilapia light soup with fufu, and kenkey with fried fish.
