ATEBUBU: Fake agents allegedly luring young girls into illegal immigration to North Africa

It has been alleged that some fake agents are operating illegally in Atebubu-Amantin and some part of Bono-East Region, luring young people with promises of transit to Europe for greener pasture, but instead leading them to Egypt and other North Africa countries where they could end up in jail or mistreated.

According to closed sources, the illegal immigration officers are still gathering people to illegally cross to Egypt under false pretenses. Young people(most especially females) are being targeted and lured by their deceptive words, putting them at risk of exploitation and harm.
